The 1st Shooting Tournament of the Sochaczew Region of the IPA
On 25 April 2013, the hospitable shooting range “CEL” (Target) in Paprotnia hosted the 1st Shooting Tournament of the Sochaczew Region of the IPA. The competition was attended by 13 members of our Region. The proper conduct of the competition was supervised by a shooting instructor, IPA Merit Member - Mr Jacek Pliszka.
Competitions were conducted in two categories:
Static shooting from a distance of 25 meters from the central ignition fire arms, 10 shots (two runs of test shots and eight evaluable) .
Dynamic shooting of the two distances: of 10 and 15 metres, on five shots for each target in 40 seconds with the change of a magazine.
In both cases, the shooting took place in the standing position, free-hand or both hands.
Both competitions were performed without any obstacle over about 1.5 hours. After calculating the results, the Region chairman colleague Juliusz Dworakowski, announced that this year's winner was colleague Wojciech Eim, the second place took colleague Paweł Dubielecki, and the third, honorable place, took colleague Andrzej Brojek. Colonel Janusz Patury, Chief of the District Police in Sochaczew, who is a member of the IPA Region Sochaczew, presented the winners trophies awarded by the Mayor of Sochaczew - Piotr Osiecki. The other participants received a commemorative statues.
