I.P.A. Mazovian Provincial Group Presidium and Board meeting in Sochaczew
The meeting of the I.P.A. Mazovian Provincial Group Presidium and Board took place March 16th, 2012 in a fireplace room of “Chopin” Hotel in Sochaczew. The issues related to the celebration of 20th anniversary of the I.P.A. in Mazovia and the action program for 2012 were discussed, the 2012 budget was accepted, and also resolution regarding merit for SP I.P.A. was passed.
During the meeting Deputy Commander of the Mazovian Provincial Police Headquarters – lieutenant colonel Tomasz Kowalczyk – arrived, along with Deputy District Commander of Police in Sochaczew – lieutenant colonel Marek Wójcik. Commander Kowalczyk highly praised the work of the I.P.A. Mazovian Provincial Group , expressed full support for the Association. He assured that the Mazovian Police HQ’s management will provide any assistance - if it will be possible, in organizing events, meetings and trips.
The Commandant told us about his social activities and invited the Group members to participate in an event called GRENADIER – Strategic Game Convention, which will take place in the third part of May in Warsaw Citadel. The reconstructions of historical events will be presented there. We will use the invitation for sure.
At the end of the meeting, Commandant accompanied by hotel owner Mr. Jacek Pliszka went to visit the newly constructed shooting range. Soon the I.P.A. members will use the range free of charge! The range made a big impression on the Commandant. We hope that thanks to this object the I.P.A. Mazovian Provincial Group will be able to organize the shooting competitions at national and international levels.
We thank Mr. Jacek Pliszka and the Sochaczew Region I.P.A. chairman colleague Juliusz Dworakowski very much for the possibility of meeting in such a charming place.
We also thank Mr Commandant very much for joining our meeting and warm words spoken.
