It appears from held documents that the Provincial Group in Siedlce came into existence in 1992 and numbered 21 members then, but only from 1995 it is possible to find more information about its activity. Until 2001 - at first in the IPA Siedlce Provincial Group and after that in the IPA Region Siedlce - the functions of a chairman were performed by Bolesław Zdanowicz. The successive chairmen were Andrzej Sprycha (2006), and since 2008 up till today Marek Sienkiewicz.
In 1995-1999 members of the Provincial Group cooperated with “Global Volunteers” organization, arranging for three years the courses of English for police officers. The courses were run by volunteers – American police officers (retired) who talked about their work.

Two Group members - Tadeusz Poczek and Jan Jurzyk - took part in trainings held in International Information & Training Center - Gimborn Castle (Germany).
In 1996 the Group chairman B. Zdanowicz participated in German-Polish seminar held in Kazimierz Dolny (Poland).

The Region also arranged meetings with the FBI agent from California and the police-pilot officer from Saint Paul, Minnesota.

Thanks to co-operation with The Artist’s House of Creative Work in Chlewiska the courses of foreign languages were carried out.

Other activities were, e.g. shooting competitions, barbecue meetings.
During the administrative changes in Poland in June 1999, it was decided to create the IPA Siedlce Regional Group for counties Siedlce, Garwolin, Sokołów Podlaski, Mińsk Mazowiecki, Węgrów, Łosice, and Wołomin. It was active till 2001. The chairman of the Regional Group was Bolesław Zdanowicz until the election of a new IPA Region Siedlce chairman Robert Arciszewski.

At that time, members of the IPA organized trips abroad to Albergue in Sweden and to Relingen in Germany.

Since 2003, Region works closely with the Forest District and Hunting Circle Podlachia, which provides a forester Bale for meetings and social events of the Region members, their families and supporters (bonfires, sleigh rides).

Members of the Region took part in events organized by other Regions, e.g. sightseeing tours, pedestrian rally "Brynica Ravine" in Lidzbark Welski, Pedestrian Imieliński Cross in Mysłowice (2003). They regularly participate in St. Hubertus Hunting Circle meetings. In 2009-2010, they carried out integration events at „Mościbroda’s Residence” in Wyględówka, and in Bużyska (opening of e new fishing season). In addition, the family trips took place, for example to the water park, and to Jurassic park. In 2010 the IPA members went to Masuria to the resort "Royal Pine" in Borowski Forest
One of the Region members – Andrzej Dziewulski – for his work for the Association was singled out by the IPA Polish Section, by awarding him the Arthur Troop Medal. The Region’s activity was also supported by some sympathizers, who were honoured with the title “IPA Polish Section Merit”. The longest title belongs to Mr. Krzysztof Zowczak.
